Set in the quiet of the countryside, this property is perfect for those who want to relax away from the stress of city life. At the same time, it is just 2 minutes drive to Santa Maria del Focallo beach and 5 minutes to the towns of Pozzallo and Ispica. T
he house is on one floor. The entrance gives to the dining area with a well-equipped masonry kitchen and equipped with oven, fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen a living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. The house can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) bright and well appointed. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower, one with hydromassage shower. Kitchen and living room open onto a large veranda furnished with wooden table and chairs, perfect for eating meals, for an aperitif or just for afternoon breaks.
The property is entirely fenced, has a wonderful garden with ornamental plants, a panoramic terrace and 3 parking spaces. It is about 1 km from Santa Maria del Focallo Beach (Blue Flag).
It is strategically located since the most beautiful cities of South-Eastern Sicily are easily reached: Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.

The villa was beautiful having all the comforts you could want and added extras like the welcome basket. The villa is a tranquil holiday home and we loved using the outside cooking facilities. A car is a must in the heat. Everything you need is provided for you.

We stayed for one week at Villa Zagara and it was amazing. The villa is located in a very quiet area where you can relax during your holiday. The villa is very comfortable and has a very big garden with olive trees, lemon trees and beautiful flowers. You can enjoy the swimming pool, do a bbq and during the evening you hear the birds whistleing. From the villa it is easy to drive to villages as Modica, Ragusa, Noto, Siracusa and Scicli. Therefore it is the perfect stay! Also the owner Massimo is very friendly and makes sure your stay is comfortable.
