Description
Dimora Controvento is a newly built property located in Santa Maria del Focallo, 80 meters from the golden beach, Blue Flag.
The house is on one level and consists of: kitchen-living room with sofa and an elegant glass dining table, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, the house is surrounded by two verandas, one with built-in kitchen, gas barbecue and a bathroom with laundry, the other perfect for moments of relaxation.
The house is located in a very central position: there is a restaurant in walking distance while in a few minutes by car you can reach a lido, a bakery and a small market for basics.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We stayed at Dimora Controvento for a week. The house is beautiful, fully equipped, super comfortable. The contact with Isula Travel was smooth and easy all the time, and the welcome at the house professional, attentive e and warm. Many thanks

The house is located on a busy road, close to the beach. It was clean and well-furnished as a summer house. There isn't really a seating area where you can sit in bad weather, but we didn't need that. There is plenty of outdoor space at both the front and back of the house, with a complete outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ. Across the road, you are right on a beautiful sandy beach. The beds have soft mattresses. We spent just under a week in the off-season in the house with our children and had a wonderful time. Contact with the (local) host was very pleasant and quick. We highly recommend it!
House was not suitable for stay in a cold month of April. It is a summer house with outdoor space. There was only a 2-person sofa inside. Too little for 4 adults.
The house had very nice equipment but is intended for stay in the summer. Ok location close to the sea.
The stay was simply wonderful. The accommodation is beautiful and just a 1-minute walk from the lovely beach. It's very clean and has everything you need (kitchen, bathroom). There's air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms. Cinzia and her husband were very kind and accommodating hosts. We lacked for nothing. We felt very comfortable and would come back in a heartbeat.
