The house is on one level and consists of: kitchen-living room with sofa and an elegant glass dining table, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, the house is surrounded by two verandas, one with built-in kitchen, gas barbecue and a bathroom with laundry, the other perfect for moments of relaxation.
The house is located in a very central position: there is a restaurant in walking distance while in a few minutes by car you can reach a lido, a bakery and a small market for basics.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Dimora Controvento e’ veramente un posto magico. Casa impeccabile, offre tutto quello che serve. Pulita e super attrezzata. La Signora Cinzia ed il Signor Giuseppe sono ospiti disponibili, gentili e pronti a risolvere tutti i piccoli problemi. La location è perfetta per raggiungere in 30 minuti tutti i posti interessanti come Noto, Modica,Siracusa, Ortigia, Scicli, insomma tutta la Sicilia barocca della Val di Noto. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. Chicca non trascurabile, una jacuzzi dove rilassarsi la sera.
