Description
Villa Iris is an outstanding villa recently built from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast and the countryside at the same time. Furthermore it provides complete privacy and a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The property is located in the middle of the amazing Modica countryside and it’s just 3 km far from the nearest beach (Pozzallo).
The house is on two floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms).
The outdoor area features a well-curated garden with Mediterranean plants and olive trees, and an elegant and large private pool with infinity edge. The solarium is also furnished with sun beds, beach towels and outdoor shower.
Together with the stunning 3000 mq wide garden, a panoramic terrace will be an amazing spot for selfies with your loved ones and where to have dinner, or to enjoy a relaxing aperitivo in the evening.
You will also find a veranda with dining area, an outdoor kitchen and Barbecue.
Once you get inside the house you will clearly feel the brightness and breathe an atmosphere of lightness. The house features a modern and minimal interior design enhanced by beautiful Sicilian-styled furnishings.
From the inside the view is astonishing and relaxing, especially in the morning, while in the late afternoon you will be pleased by the sunset lights that cover the house.
From the outside, you can enjoy the outdoor area and the infinity pool illuminated by night while drinking a good glass of wine .
The ground floor of the house features 4 large bedrooms with their bathroom and one small and nice reading area with a desk.
On the first floor you will find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and one half bath. Furthermore you will find the main area with a bright living room overlooking the terrace and an open kitchen fully equipped. From this room you will have direct access to the main panoramic terrace.
Independent air conditioning system, flat TV and wi-fi complete the picture of this house which will welcome you with its typical Sicilian allure.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.
Location
Reviews
Spacious two-story house, fully equipped with 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a washing machine. Multiple terraces; you can always find one out of the wind or in the perfect sun position. Located in a quiet area (some traffic noise during the day, but not disturbing) with a lovely garden and beautiful swimming pool. Contact with the host is via the app, and they respond quickly with good solutions. There is one restaurant in the immediate vicinity, but it is recommended to rent a car.

Top service from beginning to end. Whenever queries were sent, I was replied to immesiately. Villa was clean, including all the necessaties that you may require, comfortable and beautiful. Our second stay at Villa Iris and we loved it 😍
Bellissima villa che rispecchia quanto indicato nelle foto. Host reattivo ad ogni richiesta. Tutto molto positivo. Unico aspetto da migliorare è la necessità di smaltire i rifiuti ad una quindicina di minuti dalla villa un po’ scomodo.
