Description
Sea Home is a stunning seafront holiday home with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in the seaside town of Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the holiday villa consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a beautiful view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is easily possible to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

What a beautiful place! The home was as described, Enzo was super responsive and helpful and that view and yard are spectacular. Appreciated the welcome package upon arrival. Would definitely return!
The place is a real gem with three great bedrooms, storage, two perfect bathrooms, large open space kitchen, dining room and living room, and two bikes. The real perk of this home though is the outdoor area (and most covered so fantastic to stay cool and safe from the sun): dining table, lounge areas, ping pong table, cooking space, pool, huge garden, sea views, it’s simply perfect! Quiet home and ideal location to visit surrounding villages. An amazing holiday! Oh and communication was perfect & generous welcome package was so appreciated!
Three weeks at Sea Home. It was a wonderful break from work. The accommodation is clean and modern by Italian standards. We were there in March, but were still able to enjoy the garden and outdoor area. The garden and pool are very well maintained. Someone even came by once a week to take care of the pool. The weekly house cleaning also went smoothly.
The house offers everything you need. We were there with our cat, and everything went perfectly.
