Description
Sea Home is a stunning seafront holiday home with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in the seaside town of Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the holiday villa consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a beautiful view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is easily possible to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a very nice time 😊
This was a great place for a family stay. The pool is lovely and has a shallow area for small children to paddle (heavily supervised of course). The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved using the outdoor kitchen as well. Linens were beautiful and the air conditioning effective. The shaded outdoor verandah space was comfortable and exactly what we needed. Enzo, the owner, was most helpful and responsive. Overall I can recommend it without hesitation.
Posizione incantevole fronte mare. Villa dotata di ogni comfort, particolarmente gradevole la piscina e la zona verde molto ben tenuti. Zona silenziosa e rilassante. Proprietario molto ospitale e gentile. Struttura ricettiva molto reattiva. Purtroppo ci sono molte zanzare, ma usando con attenzione le zanzariere si soggiorna bene.
Great vacation with friends, in a house with great outdoor environments. The house is well equipped for 6 people and with the many options outside for dining and relaxing. The location is great, with a nice seaside walk to the beach and town that offers food and drinks. We hope to return as also the hosting, booking confirmation, arrival process and information was great. The welcome package was appreciated.
Fantastic holiday. Isula were great to book with and very helpful when there was an attempted scam, not their fault. Villa was amazing, maybe even better than described.
