Description
Sea Home is a stunning seafront holiday home with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in the seaside town of Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the holiday villa consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a beautiful view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is easily possible to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Entire process from booking until checkout perfect! Very nice and fast responding staff.
We returned to Seahome again this year, and like last year, we had an enchanting holiday! A special mention goes to the outside, with the fantastic new gazebo, terrace, and outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying every moment of this corner of paradise. Enzo was, once again, extremely kind and always available for our every need.
Sea Home was a beautiful property and IsulaTravel was an amazing host. The house and gardens were better than the pictures and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The thoughtful welcome basket and water was a really nice touch and Enzo and Ersilia were friendly and very responsive. Would definitely recommend this rental and the region which was stunning.
Flawless experience helped by a responsive host and easy check in. Peaceful Villa on the sea. Walking distance to Marina De Modica which has fantastic local restaurants. Enzo was a great host and we were welcomed with a fully stocked fridge, Prosecco and everything we needed. Perfect for up to 6 people.
Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa a Novembre, quindi fuori stagione. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la posizione fronte mare.
