Description
Sea Home is a stunning seafront holiday home with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in the seaside town of Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the holiday villa consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a beautiful view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is easily possible to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We recently stayed at the Sea home vacation rental house, and it was absolutely fantastic! The property was immaculate, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The stunning location, garden with pool and the direct access to the ocean views were a highlight, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus "Sea Home" war absolut erstklassig! Die Kommunikation mit dem Veranstalter verlief perfekt, und das Haus selbst war ein wahrer Traum. Die geschmackvolle Gestaltung, der Pool direkt am Meer, die Außenküche und die Tischtennisplatte haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage war ideal, und wir haben jeden Moment genossen. "Sea Home" ist ein wahres Paradies für jeden Urlauber. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
I had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was very nice and exactly what was offert in advance. The online service and the service at the accommodation were impressively nice. The team of IsulaTravel replied immediately and was very polite every time. I do recommend booking on this website with this team.
We had a wonderful stay at Sea Home. It is a fantastic villa with an amazing outside area to relax in. The pool is beautiful, just the right temperature to refresh you from the sun but not too cold. Very comfy sunbeds and outside sofa to relax on. We thoroughly enjoyed our days in this lovely setting!!! The outside kitchen/dining area is a fantastic plus. We ate in 6 evenings out of 7 as we just loved it. Inside, the villa has everything you need and is very well furnished. Super clean on arrival!!! Access to sea just outside back of villa (good idea to take wet shoes as it is a little rocky). 10 minute walk to local beach, which in September wasn't busy in the week at all. Nice choice of restaurants, bars, and the local ice cream bars were amazing!!! Vincenzo was a very welcoming host and we had excellent communication with him throughout our stay. Also, fantastic service/communication with Isula Travel (dealt with Francesca). All in all we had a fantastic holiday!!! :)
