Description
Sea Home is a stunning seafront holiday home with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in the seaside town of Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the holiday villa consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a beautiful view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is easily possible to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a wonderful time! The property was amazing. Excellent service from check-in to check-out. The pool was very cold and the bicycles need a tune-up to be used for long outings.

My family and I had the most amazing experience at this property!! We were given contact details of the management company before we arrived and they were always there on hand if needed. Francesca in particular was amazing and sorted out our taxi transfers to and from the airport and also for our day trip to Ragusa. We even had a face to face check in with Giulia who mentioned she offered massages at the property which was a real treat! The property itself is beautiful but I would advice to bring along a few essentials such as hand soap, washing up stuff, shampoo etc. the location was very secluded although it was only a 15-20min walk to the local town of Marina de Modica. There are a couple of restaurants there which were recommended by the management company. We decided to do a day trip to Ragusa which was a must!! It was the most beautiful city which was only a 30min taxi ride away. All in all this was a great property and we all had the best time just relaxing for a week!
Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Tolle, gepflegte Anlage mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Der Service von Isula war von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut. Alle Anfrage von uns um Unterstützung wurden umgehend erledigt. Gewünscht hätten wir uns mehr Informationen zu den Angeboten in Marina de Modica. Freizeitangebote, z. B. Wassersport etc., hat der Ort nicht geboten. Wir empfehlen Sie sehr gerne weiter bzw. buchen erneut bei Ihnen.
Vincenzo war ein ausgesprochen aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der stets erreichbar war. Seahome ist wahrlich ein Zuhause zum Bleiben. Highly recommended. Herzlichen Dank
