Description
Sea Home is a stunning seafront holiday home with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in the seaside town of Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the holiday villa consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a beautiful view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is easily possible to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had the perfect stay. The house is amazing, a very modern interior a great lounge outside, sea view, pool, bbq and the owner is top. we got a very nice welcome basket. we would stay again in this house! Thank you for the great service.
Sea Home was by far the best villa we had ever rented - and there were quite a few. It all fits: the villa is ultra modern with stylish interiors, spacious, well equipped with everything you could wish for, great maintained garden (lawn mower robot and irrigation system do their job silently at night), very large maintained pool, outside shower and toilet, gas grill, car parking and a fabulous view of sea, garden and pool from the spacious terrace with wonderful sunsets.
But the best was Vincenzo as our host. He was available at all times, extremely helpful and friendly. He welcomed us with a generous package of wine, beer, juices, fruit, vegetables, pasta and all the other food - more than enough for one day for four people. We have never experienced this before. But above all, and far beyond what can be expected from a host, he was immediately on hand when we needed medical assistance, spent hours in the emergency room (although his little twins celebrated birthdays) and the orthopedist, translating and taking care of everything even after we got back home . He was the one who made it possible for us to have a wonderful holiday - despite a plastered leg. We definitely will come back!
