Description
Sea Home is a stunning seafront holiday home with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in the seaside town of Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the holiday villa consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a beautiful view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is easily possible to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The perfect place to relax. A fantastic house with everything you need. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos in the agency's description. You can hear the sound of the sea all day long – wonderful! Otherwise, you can enjoy total peace and quiet. Just a few steps take you to a rocky entrance to the sea. Wearing beach shoes, it's no problem. A short walk takes you to the large sandy beach with restaurants. Perfect! The landlord, Enzo, is always helpful and greeted us with a nice welcome package. Communication with Isula Travel was also seamless. Thank you very much!
The location with a view of the sea is simply stunning. From booking to departure, everything went smoothly. Enzo was always friendly and accommodating. Absolutely fantastic! The location and the sea view are fantastic. The house is modernly furnished and has everything you need. There is absolutely nothing to complain about with either the company or the house. Simply a dream.

Sehr aufmerksame Betreuung und Begleitung sowohl vor als auch während des Aufenthalts durch das IsulaTravel Team. Alle Infos und Hinweise erfolgten rechtzeitig. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Villa Specialist Ersilia, mit welcher wir jeweils im direkten Austausch waren und auch an den Eigentümer Enzo, der uns bei unserer Ankunft mit allem vertraut machte und uns auch während unseres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung stand. Wir verbrachten im Sea Home eine wunderbare Woche und können diese Villa wärmstens empfehlen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der grosszügige Pool und auch den privaten Parkplatz schätzten wir sehr.
