Description
House on the beach is a splendid beachfront house, with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2021.
The external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea. The entrance is from the kitchen / living room, with a single sofa bed. The living room leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is possible to park outside the property, in a public area. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach located right in front of the house it is possible to book 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Stunning house! From the furniture to the little details. Amazing view from the terrace. Proximity to the beach makes it the perfect vacation home to relax and enjoy some tranquility. The host is welcoming and ready to help at any time. Highly recommended for a relaxing family time.
We were very friendly welcomed. The house is very well furnished and all is new. The view from the house is amazing and also the sun sets are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and visited a lot of cities around.
Wir waren anfangs Oktober zu dritt im House on the Beach untergebracht. Die Wohnung besitzt eine grosse Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. In wenigen Schritten ist man am weitläufigen und sauberen Sandstrand, der von kleinen Dünen umgeben ist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Wohnungsbesitzer Angelo empfangen. Das House on the Beach hat alles was das Herz begehrt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken dir Angelo für den tollen Aufenthalt und deine Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir können deine schmucke Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!
