Description
House on the beach is a splendid beachfront house, with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2021.
The external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea. The entrance is from the kitchen / living room, with a single sofa bed. The living room leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is possible to park outside the property, in a public area. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach located right in front of the house it is possible to book 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie im Internet beschrieben, sie ist perfekt eingerichtet, man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und konnten leider die Terasse nicht täglich nutzen. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung anderer Städte in der Umgebung.

The apartment was immaculate and stylishly furnished. The view from the terrace is stunning and the place is incredibly well-equipped. Angelo was very helpful and friendly. Nearby Pozzallo has lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and the coastline is gorgeous. We had a lovely stay here as part of my 70th birthday celebration trip - we have loved Sicily and the people are incredibly friendly. Thank you Angelo and Isula Travel.
