Description
House on the beach is a splendid beachfront house, with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2021.
The external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea. The entrance is from the kitchen / living room, with a single sofa bed. The living room leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is possible to park outside the property, in a public area. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach located right in front of the house it is possible to book 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Meer. Für den Standort benötigt man allerdings am besten ein Mietwagen oder man nutzt den tollen Service von Saro. Er war super freundlich und hat uns tolle Tipps geben die wir uns anschauen können. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Angelos Apartment. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Alles ist sauber und modern. Der Check in war problemlos und gut vorbereitet von Isula Travel. Angelo ( Vermieter) als auch Isola Travel sind sehr gut erreichbar. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Blick vom Frühstückstisch und der Terasse aufs Meer, der Strand beginnt direkt ( durch eine schmale Straße getrennt) vorm Haus , welchen wir für kilometerlange Spaziergänge genutzt haben. Wir können das Apartment für 2 Leute gut empfehlen.
Wir haben eine Woche unserer Sizilienrundreise in dieser Wunderschönen Unterkunft direkt am Meer verbringen dürfen. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und top ausgestattet. Direkt vor der Haustür beginnt der kilometerlange Strand. Die Straße vor der Haustüre ist nicht störend, durch das Rauschen der Wellen hört man die Autos kaum. In der Nähe befinden sich viele tolle Restaurants.
