Description
House on the beach is a splendid beachfront house, with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2021.
The external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea. The entrance is from the kitchen / living room, with a single sofa bed. The living room leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is possible to park outside the property, in a public area. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach located right in front of the house it is possible to book 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider waren wir nur 5 Tage vor Ort. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren Klasse. Wir habe. Sogar ein tolles Begrüßungsgeschenk bekommen. Der Strand war sauber. Das Appartement ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Wir waren Anfang April für 11 Tage in der schönen Ferienwohnung und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang der Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung war sehr herzlich wie auch die weitere Kommunikation. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft, wir haben oft dort gesessen, wenn auch der Wind manchmal ganz schön pustete. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet, auch zum Kochen, wir fanden viele frische Zutaten z.B. im Conad Superstore in Ispica, mit Fisch, Käse und Fleischtheke und freundlichen Verkäufern. Viel zu sehen und entdecken gibt es in der Region sowieso. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Tanti saluti a Saro e Angelo!
Traumhafte Tage am Strand in einer tollen Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, wurden nett empfangen und in die Gegebenheiten eingewiesen. Die Wohnung war eines der besten Airbnb das wir je hatten. Die Bilder dazu sagen alles, Meerblick, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand mit klarem Wasser und (zumindest bei uns) kaum Unterströmung. Wir waren zehn Tage vor Ort und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass im Oktober auch die Strandbad schon geschlossen ist und man immer mit dem Auto zum Restaurant oder einkaufen muss. Aber die Lage der Wohnung ist das wert, wir haben dann ab und an selbst gekocht. Da die Küche gut ausgestattet ist war das kein Problem. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.
Eine perfektes Appartement in Lage und Einrichtung mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Tolle Betreuung vor Ort durch den Inhaber und Saro.
