Description
House on the beach is a splendid beachfront house, with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2021.
The external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea. The entrance is from the kitchen / living room, with a single sofa bed. The living room leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is possible to park outside the property, in a public area. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach located right in front of the house it is possible to book 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Tout à été parfait pendant notre séjour. L’appartement est magnifique avec sa vue sur la mer. Il est parfaitement équipé. Merci Angelo et Saro pour nous avoir accueilli chaleureusement et pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée.

Eine wirklich einzigartige wunderschöne Wohnung! Der Ausblick und die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist eher außerhalb und weniger touristisch. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison, hatten super Wetter& den Strand für uns alleine. Dafür hatten die Restaurants alle geschlossen, aber mit der top Ausstattung der Küche, war das kein Problem! Es hat nichts gefehlt. Angelo & Saro haben uns willkommen geheißen& waren super freundlich und gaben uns hilfreiche Tips (auch dem Wetter entsprechend) Wirklich zu empfehlen!! Wir kommen gerne wieder 😍
Beautiful appartement on the first floor Perfect for 2. Large, furnished pterrace with view to the sea. Beach just across the road. The owner has thought of all you could possibly need: Nespresso machine (compatibile capsules available in each supermarket), kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more. We stayed during off-season, so it was very quiet, just what we wanted. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person. Interaction with the agency a bit cumbersome.
Really superb property - beautifully furnished, outstanding amenities and very warm welcome from owner and management company. Really quiet, relaxing holiday. Accommodation - perfect for a couple with a beautiful outside seating/sunbathing area. Really lovely bathroom, kitchenette/living area and bedroom. Really dark in the night which is superb for a great night’s sleep. Incredibly clean. Location - superb location in front of the beach. Literally a stone’s throw from the sandy beach. The beach and a small bar which was open all day, every day. There is one restaurant called Casa Rosa within 5mins walk which was so nice, but very much a bakery type place. That said, it was gorgeous. There aren’t really any bars or restaurants within walking distance, other than the one mentioned. Posalla was within a 10mins drive and a taxi is possible (around €20 each way). I would say that unless you do a really large shop on your way from the airport, you’d definitely need a car.
