Description
House on the beach is a splendid beachfront house, with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2021.
The external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea. The entrance is from the kitchen / living room, with a single sofa bed. The living room leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is possible to park outside the property, in a public area. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach located right in front of the house it is possible to book 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

This is seriously one of the best holiday apartments we have had so far. Great big terrace with wonderful view at the sea. It was super clean, had 2 large TVs, a well equipped kitchen and the whole apartment was decorated with great attention to detail. We truly felt like at home and thus will return.
We stayed in this beautiful apartment during the month of April, and the experience was excellent. The place is spotless, comfortable, and offers an outstanding view of the sea. Saro, the property manager, welcomed us warmly with prosecco, traditional local sweets, and fresh fruit from his own garden. The location and overall quality of the accommodation make it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Sicily. Returning to the apartment at the end of each day was always a very pleasant experience.
Hassle-free, flexible check-in, super friendly and accommodating. Accommodation in a prime location, right on the beach. Perfect on-site support, lots of great tips for every day.

We spent a wonderful week in the apartment in mid-April 2026. We lacked nothing. Our local contact person, Saro, was always available. He surprised us with some treats upon arrival. He also provided us with various recommendations for excursions and restaurants. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you again.
