Description
House on the beach is a splendid beachfront house, with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2021.
The external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea. The entrance is from the kitchen / living room, with a single sofa bed. The living room leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is possible to park outside the property, in a public area. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach located right in front of the house it is possible to book 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

L'appartamento si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, basta attraversare la strada, spiaggia tra le più belle, e pulite della Sicilia, molto estesa dove potrete trovare relax e natura. L' appartamento è molto comodo e compatto. La cucina dotata dei migliori elettrodomestici si affaccia su una grande e super accessoriata terrazza che si affaccia proprio sul mare, anche dall'interno, grazie alla vetrata potrete vedere il mare .Camera da letto anche questa ben accessoriata con ottimo materasso . Bagno con comoda doccia e che al suo interno presenta un armadio a muro dove è presente un piccolo lavatoio , lavatrice ed anche una praticissima scopa elettrica. Sia nella camera da letto che nel bagno ,è presente una porta/finestra che vi permette di poter uscire sul balcone che porta all'ingresso ed alla ampia terrazza. Troverete ad accogliervi il proprietario, persona affabile ,molto gentile e disponibile, che sicuramente ha molto a cuore il buon esito del vs. soggiorno. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla e quindi vi permetterà di dormire serenamente e trascorrere le giornate in armonia con voi stessi e la natura. Ad ogni modo a qualche km di distanza si trova Pozzallo paese dove sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari ed ovviamente bar, ristoranti , locali, market ecc. Oppure poco più distante la bellissima Modica. Ma ovviamente da qui potrete raggiungere facilmente tutte le altre splendide mete e cittadine siciliane, grazie anche alla vicinissima autostrada.
Modern and beautiful house on the beach will amaze you. You find all you can need, everythink is modern and the apartment is very luxury. Sea is only two steps from house with sunbed and astonishing beach. We enjoyed with children our 1 week stay in August in this romantic place. Tereza from Prague.
The stay in the house on the beach was perfect. The location is amazing at 10 meters from the beach. A very clean and nice apartment. Provided with all the luxury needed. So many beautiful places you can visit from here. It was a wonderful stay.
