Description
Villa Venere is a newly built Luxury property, few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) with 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.
Outside Stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find another big bedroom, equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is located another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The accommodation was incredibly practical for two families. Four bedrooms and just as many bathrooms and toilets. Very luxurious and exactly as pictured. Great outdoor area with a pool and some surrounding land. Located close to a very beautiful beach, easily accessible on foot. The area around the villa wasn't always so clean… there was quite a lot of litter along the streets at times… unfortunately, a common sight in Sicily. A real shame… However, the villa itself was absolutely modern, clean, and top-notch! I would recommend it without hesitation! The beach was also very clean, as was the sea. All in all, absolutely fantastic!
Fantastic place!🤩 Very clean, tidy and inviting interior! You have everything you need both indoors and outdoors. Good communication with the host. Location is within walking distance of the beach. Otherwise, a car is an advantage if you want to get around to the nearest town, several restaurants and other beaches. Recommended! Note that check-in is really between 4-8 pm as stated, a fee applies if you arrive outside this time.
We had a great time in Sicilia. The Island is beautiful. Espacially the beaches an the old citys. The Villa Venere is amazing. The contact with Rosaria was perfect. She helped us in every situation. Thank you very much.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Elle nous a paru mieux que sur les photos, elle est très belle, bien décorée, parfaitement équipée (serviettes de bain et de piscine, accessoires de cuisine, etc.) L'emplacement est bien, proche à pieds de la plage, emplacement très calme. Jardin et piscine superbe. Communication avec l'hôte très bien. A noter, le wifi était parfois un peu capricieux.
