Description
Villa Venere is a newly built Luxury property, few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) with 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.
Outside Stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find another big bedroom, equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is located another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Fantastic Villa, the layout was perfect and the detail thought through. Outside kitchen and bathroom with shower close to the pool and the site was secure with electronic vehicular gate. 4 on suite bedrooms, with the 4th upstairs, with a separate entrance, very private for adults only, as the balcony was not secure for young children. The host Rosaria provided an excellent service, providing a detailed location pin to the Villa, as out locator took us to a point 100 yards away. Especially important as we had a late check in. Rosaria provided local knowledge and was on call if required, Wonderful.

The villa in Ispica is very nice, we had a really great time there and all was very well organized by IsulaTravel
Villa Venere was perfect for a group of eight including two children. Isulatravel also gave us all the information needed before and during our stay. We can absolutely recommend both the villa and IsulaTravel.
Hele mooi Vila, met vier ruimen slaapkamers. Alles lekker ruim. Hele mooie tuin en zwembad. Strand op 5 minuten lopen, heerlijk om langs het water te wandelen naar eventueel een strandtent. De buitenkeuken is heerlijk, de binnenkeuken is alles wat je nodig heb aanwezig. Onze Host reageerde altijd snel. De omgeving is eind april begin mei nog lekker rustig, strandtenten gaan meestal pas begin mei open. Top vakantie gehad!!
