Description
Villa Venere is a newly built Luxury property, few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) with 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.
Outside Stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find another big bedroom, equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is located another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Great stay at Villa Venere. Simona and Rosaria were incredibly attentive before and during the stay. Providing lots of useful information about the local area. The Villa itself is lovely, well equipped, with an amazing outdoor kitchen. It was a little tricky to find on arrival but Rosaria guided us in! would highly recommend.

Brilliant villa excellent facilities especially the pool and outdoor kitchen . Well presented and villa fully equipped for all possible needs .Plenty of room even though there was eight of us. Lovely location near beach but definitely need car for shopping and restaurants.
