Description
Villa Venere is a newly built Luxury property, few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) with 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.
Outside Stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find another big bedroom, equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is located another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The agency is very professional with perfect service - quick response, nice service and even direct contact during our stay via what’s app was offered with quick reaction and very very helpful with good recommendations. The house we’ve booked looked exactly like we saw on the pictures it was a pleasure to stay. Wunderschöne Villa im Süden Siziliens. Der Service von Isula Sicila war perfekt und sehr kompetent. Wir haben sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier gebucht.
Casa meravigliosa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana da favola in questa bellissima villa con piscina. Eravamo in nove e ognuno si sentiva a casa propria con i propri spazi generosi. Cucina con barbecue e forno a bordo piscina molto bella e funzionale. La mattina servizio davanti casa con possibilità di acquistare pane e cornetti. Il mare, spiaggia libera (Santa Maria del Focallo), si raggiunge a piedi (ca 400 m). Nelle vicinanze due piccoli market/bar forniti dell'essenziale. In conclusione: ottimo luogo dove trascorrere in serenità un bel periodo confortati da una villa con piscina e sentirsi semplicemente a casa con possibilità di visitare le vicine città barocche e luoghi frequentati dal famoso Commissario Montalbano (Punta Secca, Ibla, Scicli) senza dimenticare Pozzallo, Ispica, Marzamemi, Modica, Noto e tanto altro ancora....
