Description
Villa Venere is a newly built Luxury property, few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) with 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.
Outside Stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find another big bedroom, equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is located another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Villa. The contact in advance was very nice, as was the reception by Marilena. The Villa lacked for nothing, beautiful decor, lovely seats around the house and the fantastic outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni presso Villa Venere. La villa è davvero meravigliosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ed è in una posizione strategica per poter visitare tutti le principali città della costa Sud Orientale. Anche il servizio di prenotazione tramite l’agenzia è stato rapido e impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa villa.
