Description
Villa Venere is a newly built Luxury property, few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) with 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.
Outside Stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find another big bedroom, equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is located another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We planned a retreat in Villa Venere from 25-30 May through IsulaTravel. They are accommodating and flexible. Simona from the team was always there to guide us and help us with queries. Our guests had an amazing time and loved the villa.
Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir wurden freundlich von den Besitzern empfangen und fanden sogar einen Prosecco, Wasser, Saft und Knabbersachen zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank vor. Die Besitzer waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts stets für unsere Fragen erreichbar und haben uns immer schnell weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank an Marielena! Das Haus ist absolut geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Räume sind hell, freundlich, hoch und geräumig. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Außenküche mit dem Pizzaofen und dem gemauerten Grill ist großartig. Der Garten ist liebevoll mit Palmen, Olivenbäumen und Blumen gestaltet. Der Pool ist großzügig und hat Stufen zum Einsteigen. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten, wo man gemütlich chillen, gemeinsam essen und spielen oder lesen kann. Der wunderschöne Strand mit weichem Sand, Dünen und flachem Wasser ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Die Sonnenuntergänge dort sind ein Traum! Ausflüge in die schönen Barockstädte, in die Berge, an andere Strände und auf den Ätna sind von der Villa Venere gut machbar. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!
The communication with IsulaTravel was always very friendly, quick and they were always very helpful. Everything was perfectly organised and went smoothly. Very professional and polite team!
The house and surrounding are very beautiful and it looks like in the pictures. The house was very clean and the check-in and check-out and as well the communication was very good. The location is very private and only 5 min walk away from the beach. However, I would recommend to get a car to reach the next towns and as well some nice restaurants. I definitely would book again by IsulaTravel.
