Description
Villa Venere is a newly built Luxury property, few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) with 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.
Outside Stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find another big bedroom, equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is located another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Die Villa war wunderschön und sehr, sehr sauber. Die Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war ebenfalls toll eingerichtet und der Pool hat uns große Freude bereitet. Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig an einem wenig besuchten Strand. Von Montag bis Samstag kam täglich der Bäcker vor die Tür gefahren mit frischen Brötchen etc. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind nur mit dem Auto/Fahrrad zu erreichen. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub.
Alles war super.
Das gebuchte Ferienhaus war großartig, viel Platz und SEHR sauber.
Die Betreuung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur (Simona & Marilena) war immer gut und schnell.
Wir würden wieder dort buchen und es weiterempfehlen.
Perfekte Villa für Ferien mit der ganzen Familie. Wir waren 9 Personen und hatten stetig unsere Privacy. Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen!
Simona and IsulaTravel were fantastic! Villa Venere was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family holiday. It was excellently equipped and little touches such as enough groceries for our first night were greatly welcomed. We were greeted very warmly by the host and were able to keep in contact with her if we needed to during our stay. The villa was incredibly comfortable and accommodated our children aged 1 to 13 superbly. A quarter of the pool was very shallow (approx 1.5 feet) which was perfect for our toddler to paddle and play in safely; a real bonus for us. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, thank you!
Fantasztikus szálláshely csendes helyen. Az udvar rendezett, kiválóan alkalmas kisgyerekes családoknak. Étterem és vásárlás autós távolságra van. Számomra szokatlan módon a szemét kiürítése a vendég feladata az visszaadás előtt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, ajánlom mindenkinek.
