Description
Villa Venere is a newly built Luxury property, few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) with 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.
Outside Stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find another big bedroom, equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is located another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Villa Venere was very spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated, very clean, with a lovely pool and three parking spaces. Isula Travel were professional and helpful when booking and up to arrival and we were well looked after during our stay. Minor glitches were fixed quickly. It is well positioned for beaches, shopping and the beautiful baroque cuties of south eastern Sicily. We would have loved to stay for a third week which should be the most telling compliment!
The villa was beautifully decorated with top-notch amenities that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great spots for easy day trips. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Writing such reviews is pure pleasure. It's a pity that you can't give 6 stars because this house deserves at least that. The host is very communicative and helpful. The house is as described, or even better. All amenities are present, functional and in very good condition. The swimming pool is clean and warm. The garden is well-kept and well-designed. The barbecue house is amazing, I've never seen anything like it, and we've visited several such houses in Europe with my family. The carport protects the cars from the heat. The area is very quiet, a few minutes walk from the sandy beach. We spent a wonderful week here, we were two families 2+2. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax with your family, you can stop looking, this house is ideal!
